of business. Manufacturing, wholesale and retail. Worked for chain
stores, catalog showrooms and prestigious independent stores. Jon
is a GIA graduate and has been with Long Jewelers for ten years.

Chivers, Store Assistant Manager. Started in jewelry business
in 1998 in a sales position for independent jeweler. Has a diamontology
certificate for the Diamond Council of America. Native to Virginia
Beach. Employed at Longs since May 2002. |

Kellam, Store Assistant Manager. - Began fine jewelry career in 1988 working at management
level in lease department of major department stores. Has worked
for independent jewelers since 1992 in Oklahoma City and started
at Longs in 1997. Earned GIA diamond certificate. Originally grew
up in Iowa. Graduated from University of Northern Iowa in 1985.

Overby
Jack started
with Long's in 1998 after a very successful career as a retail manager
with several chain stores, the most recent being with Christian
Bernard. Jack has a diamond degree from GIA, and is one of the Assistant
Managers. |

Angie
is a native of Virginia Beach . She originally started at Long's
in December of 2003 as a part-time sales associate. She is now one
of Long Jewelers top salespeople, and specializes in helping customers
find just the right gift for any occasion. |

Copenhaver
Dana joined
the Long family in October of 2006, and is the inventory controller.
Before starting at Longs, she was operations manager for C&S
in Maryland for 9 years. Dana is currently pursuing her Graduate
Gemologist degree. |

Robertson
Deanna, originally from New York, worked in fine jewelry for over
two years. She took a hiatus from jewelry, and became a manager
of an Enterprise Rent-a-car, where she provided outstanding customer
service. After a seven year absence, she returned to her passion. |

Glidewell
Mary is a native of the midwest, having a degree in education from
the University of Missouri. She has been in Tidewater for
over 25 years, and has sales experience in various retail markets.
Mary started with Long’s in October 2006, and has quickly
become a favorite among co-staff members. |

Melinda is a North Carolina native with 4 previous years experience
in jewelry sales. She is a wonderful addition to our staff,
and you won’t be disappointed asking for her by name. Melinda
also has 15m years experience as a dealer of art glass
antiquities in Paris. |

Susan
originally started with Long's in 1992, and worked for 5 years helping
grow the business. She moved to California in 1997, and returned
late in 2006. Susan's history and experience are invaluable to Long's

Mateus - He is a 4th generation watch technician. Has been in
the watch repair business for 25 years. He is originally from Portugal
where he learned and crafted the skill till 1988 when he moved to
Virginia Beach. He is a member of American Watchmaker - Clockmaker
Institute. He has been employed with Longs for five years. |

Rogers - Bench jeweler with ten years of bench work repairs.
Newest addition to the shop staff. He earned his certificate in
bench repairs and diamond and stone setting from Stewarts International
School of Jewelry Repair. He is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia.

Gatchalian - Master bench jeweler who at age 11 started in the
family business. Started doing wax patterns and cleaning and polishing
jewelry. Took four years of schooling for filigree work and at age
of 21 started mounting diamonds and doing gold repair. |
